Alpha Security Bureau offers security training geared toward new guards looking to be trained and hired as security guards. These classes are also for active guards looking to annually renew their licenses. We are licensed by the New York Division of Criminal Justice Services. Security training classes for 140 prospective guards are Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, with an 8-hour pre-assignment 16-hour on-the-job training.
New York law mandates that security guards complete a 16-hour on-the-job training course within 90 days of initial employment as a security guard.
